Currently shipping to the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
7-14 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate not a guarantee.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow 2-3 days for tracking to update after you receive it.

Lost packages
If your package hasn't arrived after 20 business days email us and we'll investigate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Customs and duties
Astra ships from overseas. Occasionally packages may be subject to customs delays outside our control. Any customs fees are the buyer's responsibility, though rare for small orders into the US.
